Samuel MontagueManaging Director
Samuel holds a first class honours degree in Quantity Surveying and has acquired, financed and delivered his own residential developments since 2023, covering appraisal, planning, procurement, cost control and development finance.
Before that he project managed the £1.4m conversion of six farm buildings for a luxury retreats operator in Stirlingshire, 10,000 sq ft delivered within budget and programme in 11 months, and tendered subcontract packages on developments with contract values above £2m.
